Talent Acquisition Ambassador (Internal)

Your Day to Day:

·      Source qualified sales talent using LinkedIn, Handshake, referrals, job postings, social media

·      Review resumes and schedule phone screens for Talent Acquisition Team

·      Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of sourcing activity

·      Post KellyMitchell job openings through various job sites, universities, and social media

·      Partner with Marketing and create Instagram & Tik Tok videos to attract entry level sales talent

·      Research universities nationwide to gather insight on campus organizations

·      Maintain updated list of companies and job titles in each market for targeted recruiting

·      Develop new ideas to attract quality candidates to KellyMitchell

 

·      Proven track record in a fast pace, results oriented environment

·      Excellent communication skills complemented by self-motivation

·      Positive attitude, team player mentality, and eagerness to learn

·      Must have exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multi-task

·      Previous sales or recruiting experience is a plus

·      Experience using Microsoft Outlook is a plus

·      In process of obtaining a bachelor’s degree is required

·      Local to Chicago or Seattle
