ISG Internships for Summer 2024

ISG is a full-service design firm. We have 13 office locations across AR, IA, MN, SD, and WI with over 500 employee owners. We are 100% employee owned which allows for broader ownership, the ability to be directly connected to performance, and our culture of accountability and opportunism is amplified. Put simply, everyone works hard = everyone benefits, not just an elite group. ISG designed the Cherapa Place Development that is currently underway along the East Bank of the Big Sioux River in downtown Sioux Falls. ISG recently moved their almost 50 Sioux Falls employee owners into The Bancorp building and has room to allow for 90 employee owners. Each summer, ISG hires 30-50 interns across all office locations and disciplines. Last summer, nearly 80% of our graduating senior interns received offers to join ISG full time after graduation.

  • Interior Design
  • Architecture
  • Landscape Architecture
  • Environmental - Anthropology, Fishery, wildlife, and biology majors.

We are looking to fill each of these internships across all 13 of our office locations.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work 40+ hours a week throughout the summer.
  • Exceptional organization, communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess an ownership mentality and hungriness for growth.

Essential Duties

  • Learn, ask questions, and have fun!
  • Roll with the punches, be ready to adapt to changes, and raise your hand to help with projects and your teammates.
  • Work on several projects at one time.
  • Be accountable to teammates to complete assigned tasks.
