Real World Responsibilities:

During your time with us you will:

  • Work with electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems within AWP equipment
  • Learn and utilize LEAN manufacturing skills and methodologies
  • Develop and implement process improvements to make a safer and more efficient assembly line

As part of our team we will:

  • Provide you with real-work assignments that will provide you valuable experience as you begin your career
  • Provide you with mentorship and feedback to drive you towards faster and better solutions

 

Must haves:

  • Currently pursuing an ABET accredited bachelors degree or higher in Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering or similar field or graduated within last two years
  • Able to work full-time 40 hours per week in person for 6 months in Redmond, WA

 

Nice to haves:

  • Are adaptable, innovative, and proactive
  • Experience driving hands on solutions and prototypes

 

Start date is flexible

The compensation for this position is $26/hr for undergraduate interns and $28/hr for graduate or returning interns. This position is eligible for holiday pay, but is not eligible for medical benefits.
