The Logistics – co-op will learn to be responsible for the receiving, storage, inventory management and fulfillment of military and commercial hardware. The co-op supports the distribution center activities and the supervisor who leads a team of bargaining unit employees to achieve daily and monthly performance metrics. The co-op sets day-to-day goals, working with their team to drive results while meeting our customers’ requirements

 

This position is full-time, Monday-Friday, and will run January- August; it is only eligible for current students with a graduation date past August 2024.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Learn to support and Lead a team of bargaining unit employees
  • Achieve daily and monthly performance metrics
  • Assist Military and Commercial shipping process in the Distribution Center
  • Ensure all material is processed efficiently during the pick pack ship process
  • Get certified as a CORE Apprentice, our continuous improvement program

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
  • Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Customer Service experience
  • SAP Experience
  • Microsoft Office experience

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite.  Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).  An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
