Office Administrator

Office Administrator - Doral, FL 

SNI Companies is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support daily operations and ensure the smooth running of the office. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, active environment and enjoys taking on a variety of administrative tasks. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering the potential for long-term placement based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, document preparation, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate events and meetings, including logistics and creating materials (e.g., flyers, brochures, digital marketing).
  • Manage calendars and assist with scheduling for executives and team members.
  • Monitor and order office supplies to maintain inventory.
  • Assist with external coordination, including vendors and service providers.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications and reports.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office and reception area.

Qualifications:

  • 2–10 years of experience in office/administrative support
  • Associate degree preferred
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish required)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook); Canva knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities.
