Project Engineer
As a Project Engineer, you'll take the lead on key initiatives ranging from new equipment installations and plant expansions to process optimizations and continuous improvement efforts. You'll manage the entire project lifecycle — from concept to completion — ensuring that everything runs smoothly, meets our high standards, and supports the goals of the business.
Project Leadership
- Define project scope and objectives based on business needs.
- Assess project feasibility and develop business cases aligned with stakeholder expectations.
Project Design
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, resources, risk mitigation, and budgets.
- Secure approvals and align plans with strategic business goals.
Execution & Monitoring
- Lead and support project teams across departments.
- Track progress, manage risks, and communicate updates clearly and regularly.
- Ensure full stakeholder engagement throughout the process.
Project Closure
- Deliver projects on time, on budget, and within scope.
- Transition completed projects to operations and lead post-project evaluations.
Stakeholder & Supplier Engagement
- Build alignment and support across internal teams.
- Select, coordinate, and manage external vendors and suppliers.
Reporting & Best Practices
- Provide consistent, data-driven project updates.
- Stay current with project management methodologies and tools, and help implement best practices organization-wide.
Team Leadership
- Mentor and support team members; contribute to their development and performance evaluations.
Functional Focus
- Assess and optimize systems for the production of hydrolysates.
- Analyze production data to identify opportunities for increased efficiency, output, and safety.
- Maintain all documentation in compliance with cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Adhere to and promote all safety procedures and protocols.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
