Navy Nurse New BSN Graduate Program (No experience welcomed)!

Do you have a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing, an active nursing license but limited or no experience? The Navy Nurse Corps New BSN Graduate Program offers a pathway to service as a Navy Nurse and Commissioned Officer! 

As a Navy Nurse, you will serve your country by helping not only those in the military who defend it, but also their families and people in need around the globe. In some of the most dynamic environments imaginable. Serving a greater good and your own career. No requirement for prior experience! We will provide you the training and mentorship to help develop your skills as you gain experience and later get qualified to work in a specialty you always wanted to work at!

  • Accession bonus $30k (3 year obligation) or $50k (4 year obligation)

Basic Qualifications

  • Must be a naturalized or U.S. born citizen and be commissioned by the age 42 (age waiver may apply)
  • Must be in good physical condition and able to pass a full medical examination
  • Must be a graduate of a school of nursing accredited by the National League for Nursing Accreditation Commission
    (NLNAC) or the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) that conferred a nursing baccalaureate or an
    advanced nursing degree.
  • Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above (waiver may apply).
  • Must possess a current license, in good standing, to prac􀆟ce as a Registered Nurse from a State or territory of the
    U.S. or the District of Columbia, awarded upon successful completion of the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX).
