Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and technically skilled Technical Administrator to support both operational and technology-driven initiatives. This hybrid role involves managing administrative tasks while also providing hands-on support across Microsoft 365, Azure, Salesforce, and AI tools. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-directed, and experienced in maintaining cloud-based systems, internal workflows, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Functions

Manage, organize, and maintain internal documents and records across platforms

Coordinate internal workflows, assist with project timelines, and track system usage

Support IT asset procurement, software license renewals, and vendor coordination

Oversee onboarding/offboarding processes (user setup, access control, hardware tracking)

Maintain internal SOPs, knowledge bases, and tech documentation

Technical Support & System Administration

Administer and support Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive)

Manage users, groups, and access rights in Azure Active Directory

Provide Tier 1/2 technical support across desktop, cloud, and collaboration tools

Assist with system usage tracking and automation using Salesforce

Configure and support Salesforce CRM (user roles, dashboards, data hygiene)

Deploy and support AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power Platform)

Build or support workflow automations using Power Automate or Salesforce Flow

Help implement and evaluate tech tools that enhance productivity and collaboration

Required Qualifications

3+ years in a technical administrative or IT support role

Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure portal, and SharePoint

Working knowledge of Salesforce administration (basic setup, reporting, data management)

Familiarity with AI tools, such as Copilot, ChatGPT, or Power Platform

Excellent organization, document management, and communication skills

Ability to support end-users in both remote and onsite environments
