Position Description
Pioneer Academics is seeking dedicated and experienced professionals to join our team of
program managers. Your role will be key in establishing and developing an outstanding
educational experience for our students and professors. This position will allow you to manage
a small team while working with an international team to coordinate the efforts and cultural
understanding of students across different countries and of professors from leading American
colleges and universities. The Program Manager will also be responsible for driving the
coordinating team in the US including the part time coordinators and three or more full time
coordinators in the US to ensure a superb operation and execution of the quality control.

Key Responsibilities
Drive the US coordinating team including part time and full time coordinators by training,
supervising, reviewing and improving the team’s performance
Managing the operational administrations, logistics, and communications
Supervise and ensure the operations policies and procedures are executed
Responsible for managing the part time PCs with critical feedback, review, contracting and
payment.
Coordinate with the international teams for execution and system set up and improvement
Coordinate with professors and the student participants assigned to you through each
phase of the academic research program to ensure smooth execution of the student groups
you manage managing research cohorts
Recruit and train outstanding program coordinators
Proactively guide, support, and monitor the program coordinators team to ensure they are
providing optimal support to the students
Track program coordinator team members' performance and billing ensuring accurate
reporting and optimal efficiency
Develop new policies and methods to improve the performance of the program
coordinators
Provide technical and academic support and training to the student participants
throughout the program
Coordinate with professors and student participants to construct schedules for both the
group sessions and individual sessions
Engage and follow up with students, parents and teachers through calls
Lead the examination and analysis of current processes and procedures to identify areas
for potential improvements
Run weekly program management meetings with team members to discuss issues and
progress of research cohorts
Essential Qualifications
A Bachelor degree with minimum of three years of work experience, preferably education
related
Strong interpersonal skills as well as written and oral communication skills
Well-organized, detailed-minded and student-oriented
Excellent time management skills with willingness to take initiative
Willingness to coordinate with professors, students and international team members
across time zones which will require work during non-regular business hours
Excellent command of English
Willingness to work during non-regular hours with the international team
Willingness to travel occasionally nationally and internationally
Desirable Criteria
