We are recruiting an Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist for a private clinic located in Palm Harbor, Florida!
Evals, discharges, e-stim, ultrasound, assistive devices, strengthening and stretching, hot and cold packs, whirlpools, paraffin, etc.
Hip and knee replacements, shoulders, rotator cuffs, ACL's, ankles,sprains and strains, etc.
Documentation for outline of a treatment plan, ICD-10 and CPT coding, exercise flow sheets, home exercise programs patient education,
physician reporting and discharge summaries.
Hours vary between 7A-7P Monday-Friday

Requirements:
Must have Florida Physical Therapy License or eligible.
Prefer a minimum of 1 year of experience.
New Grads Welcome!
Current CPR and BLS
No prior sanctions by payers: Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare, CMS, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, etc.
