Customer Service Representative (Account Associate)

Responsibilities
·        Assist Client Executive with account servicing
·        Issue certificates of insurance
·        Prepare binders, Auto ID cards, invoices, and schedules of insurance
·        Maintain and update client data, policy information, and policy files
·        Process endorsement requests
·        Prepare applications, historical exposure information, and team charts, graphs and information required for client presentations
·        Assist with policy reviews and premium comparisons
·        Reconcile policy and installment invoices
·        Input and issue endorsements, policies, and coverage quotations using online carrier systems
·        Enter and track endorsement and policy issuance activities in agency management software (Applied TAM)
·        Summarize loss experience
·        Provide support for new business development, including presentations, group mailings, prospect research.
·        Assist IT for the Agency Management System as needed
·        Assist the Principal on special projects as needed

Requirements
·        Bachelor's degree required
·        1+ years of experience working in an office environment
·        Experience using an agency management software a plus
·        Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel. Proficient Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.)
·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills
