Landscape Designer
Core Design is a respected Land Surveying, Land Planning and Civil Engineering firm with more than 50 years of service to the residential, commercial, and municipal communities of Puget Sound. Currently, we are looking for a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Landscape Designer on a permanent, long-term basis.
Desired Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture
- Comprehension of the elements of planting & landscape design
- Irrigation design knowledge a plus
- Strong design skills, including conceptual sketching and drafting
- Experience with AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch-Up and Lumion
- Able to work both collaboratively and independently
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Highly motivated, self-driven, detail-oriented and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication, organizational, and technical writing skills
