Architectural Associate

We are seeking an Architectural Associate who is looking to grow in his/her experience and skills. Our energetic, diverse team includes seasoned architects as well as aspiring professionals.
This position will report to a Project Manager while working with a team of other associates to complete projects. Our Architectural Associates are self-motivated and team-oriented.
Responsibilities
• Draft full sets of construction documents
• Coordinate with engineers and building departments
• Research landlord criteria, building codes and local building departments
• Contact clients under instruction from Project Manager
• Coordinate and communicate clearly with team members to track projects
Qualifications
Required
• Degree in architecture or relevant field
• Experience working in an architecture office setting
• High proficiency with AutoCAD and relevant architecture programs
• Great task and time management skills
• Excellent communication, organization and coordination skills
Preferred
• Experience with commercial or retail architecture and design
• Obtained or pursuing Bachelor's degree in architecture
