Marketing Associate

We are looking for an amazing individual to help with variety of marketing projects ranging from print digital, and social media. In addition to these responsibilities, you would develop graphics and layouts of marketing materials including advertisements, emails, product catalogs, brochures, direct mail, tradeshow displays, packaging, corporate identity, social media, and more.

Role and Responsibilities

- Assist with a variety of graphic design projects ranging from print to digital.

- Develop graphics and layouts of marketing materials including advertisements, emails, product catalogs, brochures, direct mail, tradeshow displays, packaging, corporate identity, social media, and more.

- Maintain brand consistency throughout all marketing collateral.

- Print, organize, and ship marketing materials to distributors and sales reps in a timely manner.

- Maintain organization of all digital assets and printed materials.

Preferred Skills

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Graphic Design

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) and/or other design/layout programs.

- Intermediate computer skills, including a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Proficient command of English grammar and spelling.

- Understanding of various social media platforms.

- Ability to meet project deadlines and successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Ability to learn new skills quickly and efficiently.

- Ideal candidate will be well-organized and detail-oriented, creative, and have a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

- Willing to train the right candidate.

- Understanding of agricultural concepts preferred.
