Under the supervision of the Clinical Nutrition Manager, the Nutrition Center Technician (NCT) collaborates with the pediatric dietitians to provide nutritional care to patients. The Nutrition Center Technician is responsible for the preparation and delivery of infant and pediatric formula, and breast milk preparations.  Preparation techniques must adhere to all sanitary regulations and standards established by regulating agencies and Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center.

Specific Job Requirements:
·      Must possess strong customer service skills
·      Must exhibit a strong sense of urgency
·      Must have excellent communication skills  
·      Must keep work areas stocked, organized, and clean
·      Must be a great team member
·      Must attend scheduled meetings
·      Must complete assigned duties on all checklists and job routines specific to assigned position

Desired Qualifications:
·      Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education/experience
·      Coursework or training in Nutrition or health related field
·      Experience working with infants through adolescents
·      Ability to carry loads of up to 20 lbs
·      Ability to be on your feet for 8-hour shifts
·      Open availability seven days a week
