The Ingestion Project Manager will be responsible for working within the Company's Digital Asset Management system, Adobe Experience Manager, to help project manage and enforce new processes for gathering, organizing, and ensuring quality control of all digital assets during the ingestion process. He/she will be trained on the systems in place and work closely with the Digital Asset Manager to support the upload of all content capture and contracts by resort teams across the world.

As Ingestion Project Manager, you must be an excellent communicator, comfortable with enforcing standards, and very detail oriented.

This is a part-time, 15 hour a week position beginning late January and currently scoped through April 2020.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

·      Work directly with resort teams to create project plans and ensure timely ingestion of assets into Adobe Experience Manager

·      Enforce best practices and provide quality control for all metadata, tagging, and file-naming to ensure accuracy and consistency

·      Efficiently and effectively manage day-to-day problems and communicate effectively

·      Deliver multiple, always concurrent projects: error free, on time or early, meeting or exceeding tagging and metadata expectations

·      Degree or degree in progress in information systems, library science, digital asset management, user experience, or related fields

·      1-2 years' experience working with digital asset and/or content management tools

·      1-2 years' of experience managing projects in a fast-paced creative environment

·      Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, able to manage multiple brands and adept at prioritizing

·      High level of comfort with content-related software and digital file formats

A demonstrated track record of gaining trust and respect by consistently demonstrating sound critical thinking skills and maintain composure in stressful situations
