PLANNER I

THE POSITION: Provides planning and zoning related information to the public and reviews permits for compliance with local, state, and federal requirements and performs other related work as required.

 

·        $20.56 to $23.93 per hour depending on experience

·        Do you have a Bachelor of Arts/Science Degree in Geography, Landscape Architecture, Urban or Regional Planning or related field?

·        Do you have 1 year relevant planning experience in the public or private sector?

·        PLEASE NOTE: A Master’s degree may substitute for 1 year of relevant planning experience in the public or private sector.

·        Certification in the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) preferred

·        Do you possess or have the ability to possess a driver’s license and are you insurable?
