Responsibilities
- Provide solutions for challenging bioanalytical studies.
- Lead project for bioanalytical studies, and ensure timely delivery of analytical results.
- Assign and track studies, and resolve problem during method development and sample analysis.
- Provide bioanalytical support of pharmacokinetics or other studies.
- Cross-department collaboration in support of integrated service.
- Responsible for communicating with the clients and participating in the telephone conference regarding study progress, troubleshooting and data interpretation.
- Responsible for bioanalytical new capability
- Evaluation of new assay, instrument, and platform.
- Comply with all internal and external regulations, and ensure proper record maintenance.
- Assist supervisor on poster or oral presentation in bioanalytical related conferences and scientific publications.
- Responsible for people quality improvement, provide training to team members.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or postdoc in analytical chemistry, pharmacology, or other related science discipline.
- Strong hands-on experience with liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry based analytical platform for small molecules and/or proteins.
- Must be able to openly share information and work in a team-oriented manner in order to accomplish performance objectives.
- Must be a team player with excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong experience with high resolution instrument is a plus.
- Excellent communication skill in both English and Chinese
