Civil 3D CAD DRAFTER/LAND SURVEY TECHNICIAN – Sandpoint, Idaho
James A. Sewell and Associates, LLC is currently recruiting for a Civil 3D CAD Drafter/Land Survey Technician to support our Sandpoint, Idaho office.

Our Sandpoint office is in need of an experienced Civil 3D CAD Drafter/Land Survey Technician to perform CAD drafting duties and outdoor field survey duties. The candidate shall be comfortable working with clients and team members on diverse land surveying projects, including but not limited to:
- Site Plans;
- Topos;
- Record of Surveys;
- Plats;
- Minor Subdivisions;
- Floodplain Elevation Certificates;
- Process Field Points;
- Construction Staking.
JAS offers competitive wages and full benefits. $18-$30 per hour, wage is dependent on qualifications and experience. Fulltime benefit package includes:

Desired qualifications include:
- Two years of recent AutoCAD Civil 3D drafting experience required;
- Two-year drafting degree in computer aided drafting preferred;
- Experience with Robotic and GPS equipment preferred;
- Survey field crew experience preferred;
- Ability to understand construction plans;
- Good communication skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Interest in learning and growing;
- Ability to work as part of a team.
