
Engineer Lead - Manufacturing, Assembly, Integration, and Test (AI&T)
The Space Dynamics Laboratory is growing into new market segments and requires teammates who have the skills and experience necessary to evolve from a single-unit build flow into a multi-unit hardware fabrication processes.
The successful candidate will have experience with systems, processes, and strategies necessary to manage a build of multiple complex systems. In this role, the candidate will implement, plan, schedule, coordinate, and expedite flow of materials, parts, and assemblies according to a master program schedule. This teammate will have a balance of technical and leadership skills necessary to effectively work with various engineering disciplines and service centers while achieving build and test schedule milestones for aerospace hardware.
Role:
· Lead assembly, integration, and testing (AI&T) of space vehicles
· Oversee scheduling AI&T facilities, hardware resources, and personnel
· Manage day to day activities for multiple vehicles
· Develop, maintain, and communicate regular program status reports for internal and external customers to monitor and report progress
· Design assembly, integration, and test plans to handle multiple units on a single program
· Own logical flow of AI&T activities across all disciplines
Required Qualifications:
· Experience with environment test processes (thermal vacuum, vibration, EMI/EMC, etc.)
· Demonstrated ability to manage lab facilities, equipment, and operations· · Strong verbal and written communication skills and be proficient in interacting in a cross functional department environment

· BS degree in technical field
· Must be a US citizen and be able to obtain a US government security clearance
· (<25%) to support customer and vendor meetings as well as test events
