Key Job Functions:
The Finance Manager reports directly to executive leadership and is responsible for overseeing the finance and treasury department in all accounting including, cash flow, budgets, audits, tax filings, P&L, strategic planning and special projects.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
10+ years of finance/accounting experience
Finance leadership experience
Knowledge of all finance transactions and reports
A/R, A/P, GL, budgeting functions
Public accounting experience (reviews and audits)
Skilled in gathering, managing, and analyzing data
Banking proficiencies
International finance proficiencies between USA and Mexico
Timely execution of monthly, quarterly and annual P&L
Executive summary/dashboard communication
Tax strategy management
Internal budgeting and cash planning
Analytical problem solver
Small to medium sized business experience
Computer Proficiencies:
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Accounting software (Peachtree, QuickBooks, or similar)
