Endava are looking to hire a brand new business development team of 6 – this is an exciting time to be joining a Global Technology company on the leading edge of its industry.

You will start your career at Endava at the heart of the organization, developing your skills and knowledge with the view to progressing through the sales organization. The programme is set up to consistently train you to become an expert within your field. We don’t expect a candidate to know all about the technology industry or be technically competent – all of this will come through work experience.

Although already established in the US, Endava are looking to double the size of the sales team given they recently went public on the New York Stock Exchange! Many of the senior members of the sales team started in business development only a few years ago – the scope open to you for progression and growth is truly massive.

Business Development Representative Package:

·        A competitive basic salary of $45,000

Business Development Representative Role:

·        Strategically research target decision makers within specific industries and explore where Endava could support
·        Proactively target new organisations over the phone through cold-calling, via email and social tools such as LinkedIn to book new business meetings to educate prospects on the Endava way. You will also have the opportunity to attend industry conferences and expand your network.
·        The successful candidate will be working closely alongside BDMs to build sales pipeline and find opportunities

Business Development Representative:

·        College educated (Full Bachelor’s degree)
·        Comfortable in a target driven environment
·        Ambitious. Driven by money, success and a challenge
·        Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
