Provides supervision across functionalities to maintain safety standards while ensuring superior production and quality that exceeds customer expectations.
1. Responsible to maintain proper staffing levels.
2. Oversees adherence to production and packaging schedules and allocated crew.
3. Responsible for coaching and developing team members.
4. Responsible for meeting customer requirements with strict adherence to quality guidelines, GMP's, and food safety.
5. Demonstrates a daily commitment to the continuous improvement.
6. Responsible for both personnel safety as well as food safety.
