We are located on the state campus at 11321 Chinden Blvd. in Boise, Building 2. This is the former HP campus. The office is newly remodeled and the campus provides ample parking and beautiful walking paths.

 
Example of Duties
  • Handle FMLA requests
  • Onboard new employees
  • Maintain employee files in accordance with policies and applicable employment laws
  • Utilize NeoGov or other similar applicant tracking system
  • Enter data accurately into a HRIS
  • Counsel on a wide variety of employee relations matters.
Minimum Qualifications

Good knowledge of: Human resource administration; equal employment opportunity concepts and legal requirements.

Experience: interpreting and applying laws, regulations, and policies; counseling employees on human resource matters.
