•Take on responsibility and manage innovative development teams in the automotive industry

•Control agile and conventional teams in the development of complex systems in the fields of hardware, software, mechanics

•Lead projects to success by your commitment and INVENSITY Best Practices

•Improve processes, methods and tools at your customers with your own operational experience

•Optimize the collaboration with your customer's suppliers in the fields of time, costs, and quality

•Work in alternating, ambitious and professional project teams and prove your technical knowhow as well as your team and communication skills

•Successfully completed Bachelor's / preferred Master's degree in industrial engineering, business informatics, mechanical engineering, software engineering, information and communications technology, STEM or similar fields of study

•Enthusiasm for the development of technologies, open-mindedness and the willingness to quickly familiarize oneself with new topics

•Experience making schedules with milestones using MS project or Jira

•Strong communication skills and assertiveness

•Independent working method
