NetSuite Specialist

Salary: $70,000 per year
Location: Portland, OR (with the option to go remote after 2 years)

Summary: We are looking for a NetSuite Specialist that will be responsible to assist with the administration and continued improvement of the NetSuite ERP system at Day Wireless Systems. The position requires a dedicated individual with technical aptitude and interpersonal skills.

On the technical side the ideal candidate knows Javascript, HTML, and understands databases. On the business side the ideal candidate understands the importance of business process, infrastructure, and documentation. On the personnel side the ideal candidate will be able to gather feedback from, and communicate with, stakeholders. The Company will provide resources and training in NetSuite, guidance and training about business processes, and guidance for project management/implementation. Continual learning will be expected and continual training will be provided.
Essential Functions: Duties would include, but not be limited to:
  • Consult with department and division leaders to understand their business requirements and mapping them to NetSuite
  • Identify, drive and support efficiency and optimization of processes
  • Familiarity with Oracle SQL is a plus
  • Track and report status of multiple projects to leadership of both Day Wireless and internal customer teams
  • Produce and distribute weekly updates and other required project documentation
  • Utilize a structured project delivery methodology
  • Engage with a cross-functional team to ensure tasks are being completed with the expected timeline
  • Communicate priorities and deadlines with the internal customer in addition to any schedule variances
  • Manage project escalations with the leadership of both Day Wireless and customer teams
  • Ability to engage on numerous projects in parallel and manage tasks accordingly in a shared services environment
  • Willingness to broaden technical, functional, and industry skill base and to keep current with industry information and technical knowledge databases
  • Must always be sensitive to availability, performance, data privacy, and security when performing job functions
  • Must be organized and able to handle multiple tasks
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with management and co-workers
 
Education, Experience and Personality: 
·        Bachelors Degree or sufficient technical certifications
·        Contract, policies, procedures and/or manual writing experience
·        Highly organized
