Laboratory Intern
What your day may look like
- Assists lab technicians with experiments and testing of pesticides and fertilizers.
- Gains experience using between 5-10 pieces of analytical equipment including Karl Fisher Moisture analyzer, particle size analyzer and goniometer.
- Maintains comprehensive laboratory notes and provides a summary of presentations.
- Works on assigned projects independently and as an assigned team member.
- Documents laboratory procedures in a laboratory notebook.
- Provides assistance in cleaning and maintaining various laboratory testing equipment.
- Actively participates in weekly intern challenges.
- Other work-related duties as assigned by leader.
- Reliable and regular attendance is expected.
