Brand Marketing Co-op (Spring 2023)

The Brand Marketing team is looking for a co-op to play an integral role on our team as we make strategic plays towards our goal of increasing awareness, consideration, and love for the HubSpot brand. We are looking for someone who is a natural storyteller with an interest and passion for writing, and has experience bringing brand messaging to life through copywriting. We love independent thinkers who aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo, and who are passionate about advertising, culture, and brands. This is a full-time (40 hours/wk) role that can be remote OR in office from Cambridge,MA.
The co-op position will run from January-June 2023.

In this role, you’ll get to:
  • Manage and develop advertising copy and briefs for the HubSpot Podcast Network. 
  • Get hands-on experience leading the editorial strategy and management of brand advertising on the HubSpot Media Network. 
  • Measure and track the success of brand advertising on the HubSpot Media Network. You will lead a revamp on reporting and insights for our brand advertising on the network, and will make strategic recommendations for how the team can better gather and report on insights moving forward. 
  • Work on a best-in-class multi-million dollar global advertising campaign, and will help lead cross-functional collaboration and rollout with internal teams including creating and delivering copy, assets, blog posts, and other owned materials for the campaign ramp up. 
  • Build stakeholder management skills through cross-functional collaboration with internal partners (HubSpot Media Network, Social Media, Paid Media, and Communications teams) and external partners (creative and media agency partners).

  • Thoughtfully written resume highlighting past experiences and/or relevant skills
  • Full-time availability only (40 hours/week), from January-June 2023
