Title: Adventure Coordinator
Location: Gooding, Idaho
Salary: $38,000-$42,000
Summary:
Our Adventure Coordinators work Thursday-Sunday schedule leading day trips and multi-day trips exploring the beautiful terrain that Southern Idaho has to offer. Adventure Coordinators work with clients aged 12-17 & 18-28 leading activities at places like City of Rocks, Sawtooth’s, Craters of the Moon, or Bruneau Sand Dunes, as well as near our operating area in Gooding, ID. You will play an integral part in Adventure therapy by utilizing the wilderness and outdoor surroundings, to help individuals challenge themselves in a healthy way to promote emotional, psychological, and behavioral growth.

Requirements to Apply:
- Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Current WEMT or WFR (or willing to obtain after hire, offered in-house)
- Passionate about changing lives and inspiring personal growth.
- 25 years or older
- Able to pass a criminal & driving background check; sports physical, and drug screening.
- Experience in wilderness programs; and familiar with the following adventure-based activities: XC Skiing, Mountain Biking, Rock climbing or Bouldering and Canoeing.
- Comfortable in all types of weather and outdoor settings.
