JOB SUMMARY
The ideal candidate has an interest or even passion for data engineering. They are interested in a career in the data engineering field – whether that be the front end (data visualization, DAX, Power BI, SQL) or the back end (SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, data modeling, SQL) or both!
Exhibits a very basic understanding of code design, databases, CI/CD, data architecture, and data types. Is able to help solve basic business problems but needs mentoring and support for more complex technical problems. Writes code with testability, readability, edge cases, and errors in mind. Has an interest in the team's development processes and tools.
