With over 110 years in business in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Journey Group is excited to offer two internship opportunities for Summer 2024. 

SFC Civil Constructors, a division of Journey Group, is growing and seeking a responsible Bridge Construction Field Intern for Summer 2024 to join their team to gain hands on field leadership experience supporting civil construction projects such as bridge repair/restoration and/or new bridge construction. Learn about project scheduling, cost management, plan reading, safety, and customer management. 

Journey Construction, a division of Journey Group, is growing and seeking an energetic and responsible Project Engineer Intern for Summer 2024 to join their team to learn about scheduling, cost management, plan reading, safety, and customer management. 

These interns will be responsible for carrying out to day-to-day administrative and field work as directed. Be a part of a team that prioritizes safety, respect, and doing the right things, always.

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in a construction related field.
    • A Junior or Senior standing.
  • Prior experience in the construction industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
