2024 Spring Digital Communications Intern

Job Description

The Page Society is seeking a part-time intern (15 -20 hrs/week) to assist the communications and marketing team. The ideal candidates will be current undergraduate or graduate students (or recent graduates of a graduate-level program) in a relevant field of study. The role is remote. ●     Partner with the Director, Digital Experience & Insights to support communications and marketing initiatives.

●     Coordinate and execute the day-to-day email marketing activities, primarily email ideation and production.

●     Support marketing data analytics efforts to optimize organizational marketing and communications strategies.

●     Support and implement a comprehensive social media strategy (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube) to increase engagement, reach, visibility and traffic.

●     Provide administrative support to other team members as needed.


●     Background and/or undergraduate degree in corporate communications, public relations, marketing, or journalism (current graduate student preferred)

●     Good attention to detail, including proofreading and editing ability

●     Outstanding written and oral communications skills

●     Experience with email marketing and marketing automation platforms such as Higher Logic, Constant Contact, MailChimp and HubSpot

●     Experience writing/editing for the web (blogging and other web-based content)

●     Basic familiarity with Microsoft Excel

●     Basic knowledge of HTML preferred but not required

●     Familiarity with Adobe Design Suite (Photoshop, InDesign and/or Illustrator) and interest in data analytics is a plus
