Real World Responsibilities: 

  • During your time with us you will: 
  • Help coordinate logistics and set-up for on-site training (leadership programs, Everett Community College courses, etc.) 
  • Research courses in LinkedIn Learning and create collections for courses to advance team member development 
  • Pull training completion reports and create lists of team members that need to enroll in each training program  
  • Other general HR projects as needed 

As part of our team we will: 

  • Provide you with real-work assignments that will provide you valuable experience as you begin your career 
  • Expose you to different functions within HR to help you determine where your interests lie 

 

Must haves: 

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, human resources, industrial organizational psychology, or similar field or graduated within last two years 
  • Able to work full-time 40 hours per week for 6 months in Bothell, WA 
  • Interest in pursuing human resources long-term  

 

Nice to haves: 

  • Previous HR internship experience  
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Learning 
  • Experience with Excel x-lookups and other advanced functions for organizing data 
  • Are adaptable, innovative, and proactive 

 

The compensation for this position is $26/hr for undergraduate interns and $28/hr for graduate or returning interns. This position is eligible for holiday pay.
