Tax Intern
Qualifications:
· Preference will be given to applicants close to graduating with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop is a plus.
· Positive attitude and good fit with our smaller firm family-styled culture.
Job expectations:
· Tax preparation for the 2025 tax season (Approximately February 5th, 2025 – April 15th, 2025)
· The primary responsibility of a tax intern is to prepare individual federal and state income tax returns.
· Review client records and collaborate with team members and tax manager to ensure accurate return preparation.
· Pay range - $21+ per hour, depending on experience.
