Business Development Executive

We’re excited to announce a new opportunity with 3Dot14! We’re looking for a Business Development Executive (Affiliate Marketing) to join our Sales team in a flexible, remote, part-time role. This position is ideal for students or professionals who are eager to gain experience in Sales and Business Development.

●  Role: Business Development Executive (Affiliate Marketing)

●  Location: Remote (U.S.-based candidates only)

●  Hours & Pay: $15–$20/hour, depending on experience and education

Key Responsibilities:

●  LinkedIn Outreach: Proactively engage potential partners, aiming to send at least 200 connection requests weekly per LinkedIn account and initiate conversations that lead to Google Meet discussions.

●  Account Management: Build and sustain relationships with new and existing partners to drive affiliate engagement.

●  Market Research: Conduct analysis to identify partnership opportunities and stay up-to-date on affiliate marketing trends.

●  Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales and partner metrics to identify areas for improvement. Requirements:

●  Based in the U.S. and authorized to work.

●  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

●  Interest in Sales and Pre-sales.

●  Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Preferred Qualifications:

●  High school graduate (or equivalent) and currently pursuing an undergraduate degree (pay rate: $15/hour).

●  Graduate pursuing higher education (pay rate: $20/hour).

●  1+ years of Sales experience (pay rate: $20/hour).
