Job Description

We are currently seeking a creative and motivated UX / UI Mobile Product Design Intern (Unpaid) to join our team on for academic credits. This is an excellent opportunity for a student looking to gain valuable experience in the world of design while working with a passionate and dedicated team on a mobile product. As a Design Intern, you will have the chance to contribute to the visual identity of our brand and help us create a seamless and engaging user experience.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation of visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media, and in-app content
  • Support the design team in developing and refining the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) of our mobile application
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent visual identity across all platforms and touchpoints
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and design critiques, providing feedback and ideas for improvement
  • Stay up to date with design trends and best practices, incorporating them into your work as appropriate
  • Complete ad-hoc design tasks as needed to support the team

 

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Sketch/Figma and/or other design tools
  • Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, layout, and color
  • Knowledge of UI/UX principles and best practices is a plus
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion for beach culture and an interest in mobile app design
