The US Innovation team is at the forefront of creating new and better self-care solutions for consumers by identifying opportunities, developing, and validating concepts and claims, leading cross-functional teams, and building assumption-based business cases.
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated recent graduate to join our US Innovation Group as an Innovation Intern. This summer internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment with a meaningful mission. The ideal candidate will assist in various innovation projects, contributing to the development of new healthcare solutions in the OTC and/or Wellness categories.
What will your individual contribution at Haleon be?
- Assist in identifying new opportunities for innovation within the consumer healthcare space.
- Support the development and validation of concepts and claims for customer/retailers’ strategies. Inclusive of pricing analysis.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, R&D, Supply, and other key stakeholder and partner teams to drive projects forward.
- Contribute to the creation of assumption-based business cases.
- Analyse market, consumer, customer and trend data to support innovation initiatives.
- Assess and design for retailer needs to ensure successful product launches.
- Prepare and present findings and recommendations to the team.
- Demonstrate consumer-centricity and curiosity in all tasks, ensuring that consumer needs and insights drive innovation efforts.

To enable you to perform in this future talent opportunity:
Education required:
- Currently enrolled in an Undergraduate program (Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field) graduating between December 2025 and June 2027
Other requirements:
- Ability to start in June 2025.
- Provide your own funding for relocation and commuting.
- This role is onsite at our Warren, NJ location.
- Candidate must be eligible to work on a full-time basis (40 hours a week) during the Internship duration (12 weeks).
- Must be eligible to work in the US at the time of, and for the duration of employment. Employees will be required to furnish evidence of US work authorization. Applicant must not require future sponsorship for an employment visa status

The hourly rate for this role is $24.50/ hour.
