The Sales Business Unit at Analog Devices is seeking a junior, highly motivated, and energetic candidate to drive new customer engagement and expand ADI market share through new pipeline generation within the Broad Market. Identifying and leveraging megatrends, aligning with strategic BU technology investment areas, this is an opportunity to find and incubate the next generation ADI customer base. You will have the chance to work internally and externally on some of the most complex and innovative solutions being designed across leading industry sectors. Through mentorship opportunity within the Field Sales and Application Engineering teams, you will gain the knowledge and experience to cultivate your new business opportunities into meaningful relationships and creating your personal brand within the marketplace. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Educate customers on Analog Devices' products and system solutions towards the generation of new project pipeline
- Develop and maintain professional business relationships with customers.
- Understand and disseminate customers' system needs versus wants.
- Qualify and develop new accounts and/or expand existing customer accounts.
- Continuously assess customer opportunities and prioritize time towards highest ROI accounts.
- Develop and execute sales business plans and strategies to maximize revenue growth, increase market share, design wins and customer count by positioning ADI as a strategic supplier.
- Drive customer expansion within the broad market through creative customer outreach activities.
- Enter and manage opportunity pipeline within Microsoft Dynamics (CRM)
- Broker business unit, market segment and regional sales resources to promote holistic solutions and address customer issues.
- Provide timely market intelligence, trends, and key application specifications.
Minimum Qualifications
- BSEE/MSEE or equivalent technical degree
- Persuasive communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Team and customer oriented; strong ability to collaborate and work with others.
- Entrepreneurial mindset to manage and grow your region.
- Proven ability to identify and assess potential new customers as they relate to Analog Devices technology/market focus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work and manage resource allocation to support customer base.
- Strong collaboration, leadership, and problem-solving abilities with ability to manage customer engagement at all levels.
- Understand key financial business metrics, Start-up Company financial judgments.
- Self-motivated, thorough, autonomous, and driven to continually improve market share in the region.
- Ability to travel (within territory) Up to 25% - 50% with some overnight stays required
