HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner, FNP or Adult Nurse Practitioner, ANP to join an Occupational Medicine Clinic located in Mount Vernon, Washington.

Join a dedicated group of healthcare professionals providing essential occupational medicine services to migrant and underserved populations just north of Seattle. This clinic was founded with the mission of delivering compassionate, high-quality care to individuals who are often overlooked by traditional healthcare systems. Serving primarily immigrants from Mexico and South America, the clinic focuses on meeting the unique healthcare needs of individuals working in agricultural and other physically demanding industries. Patients are incredibly grateful for the care they receive, and the clinic is experiencing rapid growth due to its commitment to this underserved community.

Occupational Medicine Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities:

• AGNP, FNP works full-time 40 hours per week, 8AM -5PM, no call, no weekends
• AGNP, FNP starts with a patient panel of existing adult patients
• AGNP, FNP treats patients with work related injuries
• AGNP, FNP sees patients with sprains such as lumber and cervical, slip and fall work incidents
• AGNP, FNP provides on-going assessment for new symptoms and updates treatment plans
• AGNP, FNP makes referrals to as needed
• AGNP, FNP does not provide urgent or emergent care
• AGNP, FNP will have the opportunity to cross train with specialists
• AGNP, FNP works at a practice that is Narcotic Free
• AGNP, FNP prescribes Anticonvulsants, NSAIDS, and Muscle Relaxants
• AGNP, FNP documents patient care and learn Occupational Health Administrative practices
• AGNP, FNP joins a practice that serves a diverse immigrant population
• AGNP, FNP joins a Clinician owned practice rooted in the community
• AGNP, FNP joins as a second NP on site in a growth opportunity
• AGNP, FNP joins a team willing to train and develop new NP skills

Occupational Medicine Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult Nurse Practitioner Requirements:

• Master’s Degree
• Ability to obtain WA license
• New graduate NPs are welcome to apply
• Desire to serve the community
• Desire to learn a specialty

Occupational Medicine Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult Nurse Practitioner Compensation:

• 140-180K
• Sign On, Relocation Assistance 5-10K
