Position Overview
This entry-level role is ideal for recent college graduates with a keen interest in finance and a focus on accounts receivable management. In this position, you will gain hands-on experience in core finance functions while ensuring accurate invoicing, timely collections, and seamless financial recordkeeping. Key Responsibilities

Manage Accounts Receivable:
Oversee the invoicing process and monitor collections to ensure timely payment.
Follow up on overdue invoices and coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing issues.
Financial Processing & Recordkeeping:
Support accounts payable functions and assist with bank reconciliations.
Monitor and track payments, deposits, and credit card transactions.
Maintain organized financial records, including detailed reports for audits and tax filings.
Reporting & Support:
Assist in the preparation of financial data and contribute to monthly financial reports.
Provide exceptional support to internal teams and customers regarding accounts receivable or other finance inquiries.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments to streamline financial processes and resolve any discrepancies.
Qualifications

Basic understanding of bookkeeping, with a specific focus on accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
Familiarity with invoicing, collections, and general financial recordkeeping practices.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to pitch in across departments.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Spanish-speaking skills are a huge plus.
