Entry-Level Landscape Architect/Designer

POSITION: ENTRY -LEVEL LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT / DESIGNER (IN-PERSON)
(0-3 YRS PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE)
We are seeking an Entry Level Landscape Architect/Designer to help assist in all phases of project development, including drawing production, graphic illustration, and other landscape architecture tasks. Primary responsibilities include developing design concepts, preparing and reviewing construction documents and specifications, and construction administration. This position reports to the Project Manager or Project Principal.
QUALIFIED APPLICANTS WILL DEMONSTRATE
- Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture, planning, urban design, or a related field from an accredited program; master’s degree is a plus. A combination of education and work experience is also acceptable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an adaptable, team-oriented, and proactive mindset.
- Ability to develop conceptual design solutions, define problems, create program developments, and evaluate alternatives.
- Proven ability to meet fast-paced project timelines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working under project managers to produce hand and computer graphics, schematic design packages, 3D models, and construction documents.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and SketchUp. Knowledge of Lumion and Rocky Mountain plant materials is a plus.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
BSLA, BLA or MLA
