Graphic Design Intern

Description

As a Graphic Design Intern at PetIQ, you’ll join the Creative Services team: a group of pros working across a variety of exciting brands—all from our beautiful office in Eagle, Idaho. You’ll gain hands-on experience creating designs that make a tangible impact. We're talking packaging on store shelves, ads in the market, and content that you’ll spot in everyday life. Your parents will be so proud! You’ll receive mentorship from experienced designers and contribute to real-world projects! This is your chance to grow your skills, build your portfolio, and have a blast doing it. If you're ready to make things, learn things, and laugh a lot along the way—you’ve come to the right place. This will be a 12 week program onsite in Eagle, Idaho.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

You’ll assist with concepting and designing creative materials across digital and print platforms, always collaborating closely with our design and marketing teams. You’ll contribute to active projects, participate in creative reviews, and have a real voice in the work we put into the world. You’ll be trusted to take ownership of tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate with the creative team.

 

 

Essential Functions/Job Duties:

  • Design digital and print materials including social media graphics, emails, e-commerce content, packaging, ads, and more!
  •  Contribute creative ideas during team brainstorms and reviews
  •  Work collaboratively with designers, copywriters, and marketers across multiple brands
  • Manage feedback and revisions with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Stay organized, meet deadlines, and communicate openly with your team
  • Learn, grow, and have fun doing meaningful work

 

 

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • A portfolio of student work or personal projects
  • Willingness to learn, take feedback, and contribute ideas in a team environment
  • Positive attitude and curiosity

 

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with brand guidelines and how to work within them
  • An impressive portfolio website that is easy to navigate
