Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat a variety of orthopedic and sports-related conditions

Develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional goals and outcomes

Collaborate with fellow therapists, athletic trainers, and medical professionals

Educate patients on injury prevention, body mechanics, and self-care strategies

Document thoroughly and efficiently in EMR system

Participate in outreach events or coverage opportunities with Weber State as needed

Qualifications:

Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible) in the state of Utah

New graduates welcome—mentorship and onboarding provided

Strong interpersonal skills with a team-first mindset

Passion for outpatient care and helping people return to their best

Interest or background in sports medicine a plus
