This role is for market-savvy, data-driven professionals who can independently execute trades, manage risk, and refine winning strategies. Whether you're a retail trader looking for scale or an analyst ready to transition into execution—you’ll have the tools, mentorship, and autonomy to thrive.

What You’ll Do

• Execute trades across forex, crypto, indices, commodities, or equities
  
   
• Analyze market data, trends, and macroeconomic factors in real time
  
   
• Build and optimize trading strategies using technical/fundamental analysis
  
   
• Track performance, log trades, and report metrics weekly
  
   
• Collaborate on strategy, risk controls, and operational improvements
  
   
• Stay informed on global financial news, policy shifts, and regulatory changes
  
   

What You Bring

• Experience in proprietary or retail trading, investing, or market analysis
  
   
• Skilled with tools like TradingView, MT4/MT5, Thinkorswim, etc.
  
   
• Strong understanding of risk management, position sizing, and trade psychology
  
   
• Self-discipline, numerical accuracy, and analytical thinking
  
   
• Comfort working independently and reporting remotely across time zones
  
   
• Bonus: Experience with algorithmic trading (Python, Pine Script, etc.)
  
   
• Bonus: A verified trading track record or live account performance
