Co-op, Customer Success Consultant (Fall 2025)

Note: This is a full-time, on-site (hybrid) Co-op opportunity from late Aug/ early Sept – Dec 2025 (~16 weeks) in Oak Brook, IL.

About the Role:

As a Customer Success Consultant Co-op within Chamberlain Group’s Emerging Business Group, you will gain hands-on experience with our myQ Enterprise software, CRM tools, and knowledge management systems. You’ll support the development and execution of customer communication cadences to maintain regular touchpoints and engagement. You will also contribute to documenting solution functionality to enhance our internal knowledgebase, helping both our team and our customers access information more efficiently. This work will also support onboarding and training for new team members and customers on the myQ Enterprise platform.

You’ll learn about Chamberlain’s IoT-enabled commercial hardware and our myQ Enterprise software, which is deployed in warehouses and distribution centers. You’ll collaborate with Customer Success Managers and contribute to supporting both new and existing customers.
 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Customer Success Consultant Co-ops can expect to:
  • Learn the myQ Enterprise software through hands-on experience, testing, and assisting in customer support
  • Build out sections of our knowledgebase by documenting how key software features and functions work
  • Create and track software issues (Jira) and maintain knowledgebase content (Confluence and other platforms)
  • Use Salesforce to document and track customer interactions
  • Attend and participate in internal and external meetings, including product demos and issue reviews
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization
  • Assist team members with various projects as needed
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines and company policies
     

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, supply chain, or a related field at an accredited college or university
  • Ability to work onsite at our Oak Brook, IL office (15 miles west of Chicago) at least 3 days per week
  • Willingness to travel within the U.S.
     

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of project management principles
  • Familiarity with CRM, knowledge management, or issue tracking tools (Salesforce, Jira, and Confluence preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
