At RFP Homes, you’ll enjoy the luxury of high-volume off-market deal flow, warm investor leads, and an office full of A-players. That said, the hard charger we’re looking for doesn’t sit around waiting for leads to close themselves. They know how to work a pipeline, build investor trust, and move deals. Prioritizing opportunities and juggling dozens of touchpoints is key. Results matter here — follow-through and urgency win.

If you’re not ready to blow up the phones, go nose to nose with investors, and build your income fast — don’t waste your time. You’ll spend most of your time in the field or on the phones, having real investment conversations about real opportunities. We’re a high-performance brokerage for flippers, landlords, and cash buyers looking for deals in DFW. You’ll work directly with investors, learning the real game of investment real estate while building your own book of business.

As an Investor Advisor, part closer, part analyst, you’ll be the face of opportunity — helping clients achieve long-term wealth and freedom through real estate. We’re only hiring elite communicators who thrive under pressure and want to lead the pack.

Position Overview

Job Type: Full-Time, Investment Sales, Licensed Real Estate Agent (or working toward licensure)
Location: In-Person – Dallas or Fort Worth Office
Compensation: $100,000 – $250,000+ Commission-Based (Uncapped)

Required

Willingness to obtain a Texas Real Estate License

Previous commission-based sales experience preferred but not required
