The Boys & Girls Clubs of Skagit County is growing, and we want you to grow with us! We're expanding our West View Campus services with a brand-new licensed early learning program for infants through 12-year-olds. This isn't just about childcare-it's about creating a joyful, engaging place where kids feel safe, supported, and excited to learn.
We're looking for a dynamic, bilingual leader who wants to be part of something meaningful from day one. If you're ready to help shape a new program that prioritizes relationships, creativity, and community, we'd love to meet you.
What Makes This Role Awesome:

You'll lead a program where music, movement, curiosity, culture, and kindness are part of the daily rhythm- and where your energy sets the tone for what's possible.
Who You Are:
You're passionate about early learning and creating structured and magical environments. You're bilingual in Spanish and English and love connecting with kids, families, and coworkers from all backgrounds.
You've worked in licensed early childhood programs, you're confident in managing a team, and you have the credentials required by Washington State licensing to lead this program.
More than anything, you believe in the power of fun, belonging, and opportunity- and you're ready to bring that to life every day.
What You'll Do:
Lead and manage the daily operations of our new licensed early learning program
Support and mentor a fantastic team of educators
Build strong, welcoming relationships with families
Keep our Club safe, joyful, and compliant with licensing standards
Infuse the space with laughter, learning, and belonging
