Radio Sales & Multimedia Marketing

Radio Sales includes the responsibility for marketing and sales of the on-air product of our Radio stations, along with our Internal Digital Initiatives that include HD Multicasts, Website, Streaming Audio, Mobile Apps, Podcasts and Social-Media.  Multimedia marketing includes our External Digital Initiatives that encompass all platforms from SEO, SEM & Display to CTV/OTT and Social-Media.  You must be able to demonstrate an understanding of quality creative multimedia production and the ability to generate great marketing ideas.  Equally important is an active interest in the local community. You will also assist with digital development, not limited to Multimedia Strategies. Requirements include a working knowledge and application of marketing techniques and Sales leadership to support the goals of New Media Broadcasters.

Additional requirements include good computer skills and a working knowledge of digital editing tools for multi-media production and information updates utilized on-air and on-line. Part of your initial job duties will include On-Air and Studio training to help you better understand our operation and the workflow necessary for time management.  Consequently, News and Sports writing experience is a definite plus, and Play-by-Play skills are highly valued with extra compensation.
