Process R&D Engineer Intern

What I liked

Individual freedom to generate design of experiments. Employees were always willing to help when needed. I did not feel like an intern, but a full time employee with tasks that I was accountable for.

What I wish was different

I wish that I could have been able to continue working there during the school year, but this was not possible due to the distance.

Advice

Surrounding yourself with supportive and positive people is essential for individual growth and project progression. I was grateful to be on an intelligent and team-oriented process innovation team.
