Absolutely nothing this company is essentially a pyramid scheme, do not apply there. Weirdest interview I have ever experienced. Nothing they mention they do is in the job description.
What I wish was different
I applied out of curiosity, and had no idea it was a door to door sales company, not a marketing firm (does not say so at all on their website). I interviewed and had the most invasive interview ever. They did not ask anything about my experience and instead asked extremely weird and invasive questions. They asked me what I did in high school for after school activities, what my parents did for a living, and where I want to live. I am going to be graduating college and those are irrelevant and strange questions. They then used my answers to weave into the interview as a way to almost manipulate and persuade me to take the job. I saw right through their tactics and told them not to call me back because I did not want the job.
Advice
This company is probably a multilevel marketing scheme/pyramid scheme. The way their job is set up sounds like it is based on commission. The interviewer brought up the owner of the company almost every minute during an hour long interview. He would not stop talking about how amazing the owner was, and how awesome she is to work with. She was on every single photo on the powerpoint, and praised consistently almost in a cult-like way for over an hour. I am confident this company preys on college students or those looking for a way out of their job and into a professional career. I saw right through the company so do not apply unless you want to be a part of an MLM.

Nothing about this company impressed me.
What I wish was different
They disrespected me and my time during the interview. I felt like another human body walking in and out of the doors. They did not care about any of my relevant experience after THEY asked me about what I have done. The interviewer checked his watch every 2 minutes for the entirety of the 15 minute interview. I was told I would be interview for a specific position, but was not asked about that position in the interview at all.
Advice
DO NOT show any interest in this company. My friend went through the interview process and had the exact same experience that I did. She was not respected for what she could bring to the table. They drag you along to try to get you to say yes to being hired and they have crappy pay and compensation.
